App support -- PointScout Mobile

PointScout Mobile is the free field app for survey crews -- available now on Android, with an iOS version coming soon. For the quickest resolution, email support@stratalogic.io with the subject "PointScout Mobile support" and include:

  • Your device model and OS version (for example, iPhone 15 / iOS 18, or Samsung Galaxy Tab Active / Android 14)
  • The app version, shown at the bottom of the in-app Settings screen
  • What you were trying to do and what happened instead
  • Whether it involves cloud sync with a PointScout Desktop subscription, and if so the account email used

Desktop, FieldIntel & LandLedger

For the office and server products -- PointScout Desktop, FieldIntel (Server and Managed), and LandLedger -- email support@stratalogic.io. Helpful details include your product and version, your operating system, and the invoice number from your purchase. Common topics:

  • Installation, updates, and license activation
  • Cloud sync between PointScout Desktop and field devices
  • FieldIntel ingest, search, and Theo questions (on-premises or managed)
  • LandLedger right-of-way project setup

Accounts, billing & licensing

Subscriptions purchased through the StrataLogic store are tied to the email used at checkout. We can help with:

  • License activation -- if a paid product will not activate, email us the account email and invoice number so we can verify the order.
  • Refunds -- handled per our Terms of Service; reach out and we will walk through the options.
  • Cancellation or plan changes -- manage a subscription from your account dashboard, or email us and we will take care of it.

Privacy & data requests

For data access or deletion requests, or any GDPR / CCPA question, start with our Privacy Policy, then email support@stratalogic.io if your request is not covered there.
